Josh Carpenter is a licensed real estate agent (DRE #00915268 ) with over six years experience in Sacramento commercial real estate sales and leasing. Prior to joining the Vollman Company, Josh worked for TRI Commercial and Grubb & Ellis real estate. Josh specializes in the sale of investment, retail, land and industrial properties. He also represents both landlords and tenants on a variety of lease transactions. Josh graduated from Sacramento State with Dean's list honors and holds a degree in Communication Studies.
