Don Deavens Don Deavens has been a license real estate professional (DRE #00837489) since 1982. His industry experience includes 5 years as a Loan Officer, 7 years as co-owner of a residential real estate franchise and over eighteen years as a Realtor.
Since joining The Vollman Company he has shown a special interest in the foreclosure market. He likes taking on tough assignments, locating undervalued properties for investors, investment clubs and owner/users looking for quality space to deliver their products and services to consumers.
He tracks notices of defaults, pre-foreclosures and trustee sales on a daily basis. If you are looking for undervalued properties, give him a call. If you are behind on your mortgage and would like to offer your property for sale, give him a call. The beneficiary will sometimes postpone the trustee sale date, if the borrower has a plausible plan to sell the property and repay the loan in full. When involved in the foreclosure process, time is of the essence. If you act promptly, we may be able to get co-operation from the beneficiary to sell the property, payoff your loan and put a few bucks in your bank account as well.
As your commercial leasing agent, whether you are an owner of retail, office or industrial space, I will work hard using all of my resources to find qualified business owners to lease your space so they can deliver their products and services to consumers. This will add value to your property and to the community they serve.
Don enjoys earning commission checks for his hard work, travels to new places with his beautiful wife, dancing, ping pong and playing golf with buddies or for charitable events.
